CQL messages for IBM CMIS applications

You might receive any of the following CQL messages while using an IBM® CMIS application. To search for the message in the information center, enter the full message number. Use the message number that you receive to get additional information about what might have caused the message to appear and what you can do in response to the message.

CQL001
Message ID "{0}" is not found. Use the messaged ID to find more information in the product documentation.
CQL002
{1} {0} is not locked or checked out. Lock or check out the document to ensure no other process changes the document while you make your changes. Refresh your view to see the current lock status of {1}
CQL003
{1} {0} might be locked or checked out by "{2}". Refresh your view or close and reopen the document to verify. You are logged in as "{3}".
CQL004
{1} {0} is locked or checked out by "{2}". If the {1} has been locked or checked out by another process, refresh your view or close and reopen the document to see the updated lock status. You are logged in as "{3}".
CQL005
A draft already exists for document {0}. You cannot create more than one draft for a document. Check in, cancel checkout, or delete the existing draft changes before creating a new draft. Refresh your view or close and reopen the document.
CQL006
Unexpected internal error. Do not use internal service class "{0}" method "{1}". Use method "{2}" instead.
CQL007
Unexpected internal error. See additional information in the logs for IBM CMIS for Content Manager and in the logging section of the documentation. To gather additional information, turn on debug or trace level logging and restart the services.
CQL008
The request to create a new {1} {0} failed because an item {2} already exists at the same path. Either update the existing item or choose a different location or different file name.
CQL009
Application programming interface usage error. The error might be caused by application usage or an internal services error. For method signature "{0}", parameter "{1}" value is "{2}". Expected "{3}".
CQL010
Application programming interface usage error. A required parameter value is missing. The error might be caused by application usage or an internal services error. For method signature "{0}", parameter "{1}", the value is "null" (a programming term meaning associated value). A non-null value is expected.
CQL011
Required configuration property "{2}" is not found in the configuration file "{0}" at path "{1}" on the services system. Verify that IBM CMIS for Content Manager is installed and configured correctly. If the service was recently upgraded, you might need to add additional properties by following the instructions in the documentation.
CQL012
Cannot find the configuration file "{0}" at path "{1}" on the services system. The file is missing or the configuration PATH or CLASSPATH environment settings to locate the file is not set up correctly. Verify that IBM CMIS for Content Manager is installed and configured correctly. Verify that the file exists and can be opened by the operating system user ID under which the services run.
CQL013
Cannot instantiate content services. Cannot create a factory instance. See additional information in the logs for IBM CMIS for Content Manager and in the logging section of the documentation. To gather additional information, turn on debug or trace level logging and restart the services.
CQL014
The required {0} path is not specified (null or empty). Verify that you have selected a document or folder. This might be an application usage error if you selected an item or location for this operation.
CQL015
File name (or label) "{0}" contains a character "{1} that is not allowed". When a file name or label is not specified, the title field is used to auto-fill the label. Remove or encode any restricted characters. Character "{1}" can be encoded as "{2}".
CQL016
Item {0} is not a library or item within a library. This operation does not support items above a library, such as repository root or library group.
CQL017
This operation requires a specific version to be selected for item {0}.
CQL018

CQL019

The user's distinguished name could not be retrieved from the WebSphere® Application Server. Cannot read the public credentials from the subject for the web service call. Ensure that security for the application server is set appropriately.

CQL035
The server received an invalid path {0} in the request to the services interface. Paths should not end with "/". This is an application error, administrator configuration error, or internal services error. See the administration guide for more information.
CQL036
Draft {0} is not approved for publishing. Draft approval processing is enabled for draft {0}. To complete this request, the draft must be in approve state. The approval state for this draft is currently "{1}" for corresponding approver list "{2}".
CQL037

A label and path have the file extension which identifies the type of document and helps identify which application to use to open the document.

Cancel checkout or delete the draft and start over with a new draft using a valid document type (or default) that you have access to. The server has reached capacity and cannot complete your request. The IBM CMIS for Content Manager system does not have enough available memory to service your request among other requests currently in progress on the system. See the administration guide for more information.
CQL050
{1} {0} cannot be deleted. You must use a different interface or a special tool to delete a {1}. For example, you cannot delete libraries, library groups, or the repository root using normal document and folder interfaces. See the administration guide for more information.
CQL051
Repository root not found, not accessible, or configuration setup is not complete.
CQL052
IBM CMIS for Content Manager is not installed or configured correctly. An administrator should verify that the installation is complete and that required settings are correct by using the WebSphere Administrative Console. Verify the CLASSPATH and that the files exist at the paths indicated. See additional information in the logs for IBM CMIS for Content Manager and in the logging section of the documentation.
CQL053
No {0} submitted. You must submit a {0} to process the request.
CQL054

CQL063

You cannot lock, unlock, or change lock owners by setting the lock status fields. Instead, use the lock, unlock, checkin, checkout, and cancel checkout operations. (API: {1})

The source folder does not exist. Documents and folders simply appear in a virtual folder. You have to change the item away from the criteria for the source folder for it to be removed from it. For example, document type folders show all documents of the document type for which it is named. You cannot move documents or folders from a document type in this manner. Instead, change the document type and it will appear in the document type folder for the new document type.

Cannot add or remove version label "{4}" to {1} {0} because document type {2} is configured for automatic versioning on the server for every update. Updating to add a version label would create a new version with this label rather than updating the version you requested to add a label to.
CQL108
Cannot add {2} under {1} {0} because the target parent is a library group or repository root. You can only add documents and folders under libraries or folders within libraries.
CQL109
You cannot add an item of document type "{0}" to virtual document type folder {1}. The document type folder supports only document type "{2}". Document type folders can only contain documents of the document type that matches the folder name. To create in document type folders, choose the document type that matches the type folder. Otherwise create in normal folders and the document will also appear in the type folder for the document type.
CQL110
You cannot add a folder of type "{0}" to virtual document type folder {1}. The document type folder supports only document type "{2}". Document type folders can only contain documents of the document type that matches the folder name. Folders have types just like documents. The document type folder for the default folder type is hidden. You might notice child folders in some document type folders if the folders were created by other applications that chose that document type for the folder.

Verify that the file can be opened by the operating system user ID under which the services run. Verify that the service is installed and configured properly. Cannot submit draft {0} because draft approval processing is not enabled for this draft. This is an application or internal services error. Drafts should not be submitted for approval unless the draft reports that approval is enabled for the draft.
CQL121
The default document type "{1}" based on library {2} for new document {0} is not accessible or does not exist. Choose a specific document type from the list of valid document types that you have access to or choose a different library that is configured to a default document type that you have access to. Contact your system administrator for additional information and see the documentation.
CQL122
The services received an invalid absolute path "{0}" in the request. A valid absolute path follows syntax "{1}". This is an application error, administrator configuration error, or internal services error. See the administration guide for more information.
CQL123
Found draft {0}, but you no longer have access to the published document or public reservation. You can delete a draft directly by issuing a delete item or delete draft request using path "{0}" or you can fix the access control list for the document without retrieving drafts.
CQL124
No accessible path exists between alleged ancestor {1} {0} and target item named "{2}". Either you do not have access to one or more of the folders in between or no path exists between these two items. Item "{2}" of document type "{4}" exists and can be retrieved by ID "{3}", or by type path "{5}", or by relative path using a different {1} than this document appears under
CQL125
Cannot save {1} {0} as a new version because document type {2} is not configured for versioning. This operation requests a new version to be created rather than updating the existing version. You can only update the single, original version.
CQL126
Cannot move {1} {0} because the item already exists in the target folder. If you want to change the name of an item, use the rename operation. If moving the item to or from the first level beneath a library, note that libraries are mapped to another folder in the system that actually contains the items. The source containment folder {2} is the same folder as target containment folder {3}.
CQL127
Invalid default document type "{0}" requested for library "{1}" under library group "{2}". The document type does not exist or you do not have permissions to this document type. Select from the valid list of document types that the application can detect and list. Verify that the document type name is spelled correctly. Document type names are case sensitive.
CQL128
Invalid default document type "{1}" for requested folder "{0}" that new library "{2}" under place (or application)library group "{3}" is to be mapped to. This is a special type folder which lists all items of the document type indicated by the type folder. The default document type is expected to match the type folder because other document types cannot be directly stored in the first level beneath this library.
CQL129
Cannot start a new transaction because an application or services controlled transaction is already started. This is an internal services error.
CQL130
Cannot perform {0} because there is no open application or services controlled transaction. This is an internal services error.
CQL131
Cannot open, browse, or add items to library {0} because you do not have permissions to the folder that the library is mapped to or the mapped folder was deleted. This library is mapped to actual folder "{1}" with folder type "{2}".
