under which the services run. Verify that the service is installed and configured properly. Verify

file is not in use by another process.

Verify that the file exists and is writable on the IBM CMIS
for Content Manager system. Verify that no other user or process
has the file locked or in use for writing. Try restarting the system and restarting the
services.
