Cannot save {1}{0} as
a new version because document type {2} is not
configured for versioning. This operation requests a new version to
be created rather than updating the existing version. You can only
update the single, original version.
User response
Ask an administrator to change the version policy
on the document type to application-controlled or "prompt".
