Verify that the file exists and is writable on the IBM CMIS for Content Manager system. Verify that no other user or process has the file locked or in use for writing. Try restarting the system and restarting the services. Verify the service is installed and configured properly. Verify that the file exists and can be opened by the operating system user ID under which the services run.
