Everyplace applications
provide the mobile workforce with tools to complete their daily tasks,
such as preparing resources, reviewing work orders, optimizing routes,
and updating work orders with the least travel times and downtime.
You must have a Maximo® Everyplace® 7.5
license to have access to these Everyplace applications.
Users must enable location-aware browsing on their mobile device
and be logged on to the following Everyplace applications so that
the system can identify their location:
- Everyplace Technician
(Tablet)
- With this application, field workers can view and list work orders,
tools, and materials. The lists of work orders are also provided on
map views so that the field worker knows the location where tasks
must be completed. The Everyplace Technician (Tablet) application
runs on notebooks, iPads, or other tablet sized devices. It is intended
to provide the broadest set of features that a mobile worker would
need to complete daily tasks.
- Everyplace Technician
(Phone)
- Using this application, field workers have access to the same
features provided by the Everyplace Technician (Tablet) application,
but using smartphone devices. The application is the same as for tablets,
but fields and table columns fit and display better on a small phone
screen.
- Everyplace Technician
(Lite)
- With this application, field workers can complete simpler tasks,
such as inspecting work orders, working on break-fix work
orders, and dispatching work orders. Designed for the field worker,
but with fewer features, the Everyplace Technician (Lite) application
has a quicker functionality response.
- Everyplace Supervisor
- Designed for the field supervisor, comprising administrative
features.
