When a crew member specifies labor or tools for the crew, the reported information is applied to the other crew members. Crew members can also report information separately or edit the information that another crew member reported for them.
By clicking the Enter By Crew button in the Actual Labor section of the Results tab, the crew member can report labor details for the whole team. Labor, craft, skill, vendor, and contract details are specified for the crew and are used to create the individual labor transactions for each of the crew members. Premium pay details are not available when reporting by crew because the members of the crew might not all share premium pay codes.
To report premium hours, crew members must specify individual labor transactions by using the New Row button. The Enter By Crew button is displayed only if you are a member of a crew.
There is no way to create, manage, edit, reassign, delete, or modify the structure of the crews in the Everyplace applications. Only crews with Active status are valid for labor reporting.
