Worksheet for verifying your deployment

Before you configure or access your deployed web application, you must verify that the web application was successfully deployed to your web application server. To verify the deployment, you must access the web application from a web browser. Work with your web application server administrator to gather the information that you need to verify the deployment.

Use the following table when verifying an IBM Content Navigator deployment

Table 1. Parameters required to verify an IBM Content Navigator deployment
Parameter	Description	Value
IBM Content Navigator host name	The name of the host machine where IBM Content Navigator is deployed.
IBM Content Navigator port number	The number of the port where IBM Content Navigator is deployed. You can use the administrative console for your web application server to determine the correct port number.
IBM Content Navigator context root	The default context root for IBM Content Navigator is `navigator`.
IBM Content Navigator administrator	The user name of the IBM Content Navigator administrator that you specified in the Data source and database configuration worksheets for your database. Remember: This user must be an existing web application server user name or LDAP user name.
IBM Content Navigator administrator password	The password of the specified user.

Use the following table when verifying an IBM CMIS deployment

IBM CMIS host name	The name of the host machine where IBM CMIS is deployed.
IBM CMIS port number	The number of the port where IBM CMIS is deployed. You can use the administrative console for your web application server to determine the correct port number.
IBM CMIS for Content Manager context root	The default context root for IBM CMIS for Content Manager is `cmcmis`.
IBM CMIS for Content Manager OnDemand context root	The default context root for IBM CMIS for Content Manager OnDemand is `odcmis`.
IBM CMIS for FileNet Content Manager context root	The default context root for IBM CMIS for FileNet Content Manager is `fncmis`.
Administrator username	A repository administrator username. For IBM CMIS for Content Manager and IBM CMIS for Content Manager OnDemand the user name is the repository administrator user name. For IBM CMIS for FileNet Content Manager the user name is the Content Platform Engine administrator user name.
Administrator password	The password of the specified user.

IBM FileNet Collaboration Services port number	The number of the port where IBM FileNet Collaboration Services is deployed. You can use the administrative console for your web application server to determine the correct port number.
IBM FileNet Collaboration Services context root	The default context root for IBM FileNet Collaboration Services is `dm`.
IBM FileNet P8 username	A valid user on the IBM FileNet P8 LDAP server.
Password	The password of the specified user.
