Explanation
 This message reports that Federal Information
 Processing Standard (FIPS) publication 140 (FIPS 140) support is
enabled for the IPSec Discipline  of network security services (NSS)
server.  Cryptographic operations are performed by cryptographic modules
that are designed to follow the Level 1 security  requirements of
FIPS 140.

System action
 The NSS server processing continues.

Operator response
 None.

System programmer response
 If FIPS 140 support is not required
for the NSS server, stop the server,  configure FIPS140 No in the
NSS server configuration file, and restart the  server.

User response
 Not applicable.
