Explanation
 The specified network security services (NSS)
server configuration file parameter cannot be changed by using the
MODIFY jobname,REFRESH command.  The NSS server  continues
to use the specified value. 
 In the message text:  pname
The parameter that cannot be changed on a refresh.
current_value
The value that NSS continues to use.

System action
 The NSS server ignores the change to this parameter
and configuration  processing continues.

Operator response
 If you want to use the changed configuration
file parameter for the NSS server,  contact the system programmer.

System programmer response
 If you want to use the changed configuration
file parameter for the NSS server,  stop and restart the server.

User response
 Not applicable.
