Explanation
 This message reports that Federal Information
 Processing Standard (FIPS) publication 140 (FIPS 140) support is
not enabled for the IPSec  Discipline of network security services
(NSS) server.  Cryptographic operations  for the IPSec discipline
may be performed by cryptographic modules that are not designed to
follow the Level 1 security requirements of FIPS 140.

System action
 The NSS server  processing continues.

Operator response
 If FIPS 140 support is required for the NSS
server, contact the system  programmer.

System programmer response
 If FIPS 140 support is required for
the NSS server, stop the server, configure  FIPS140 Yes in
the NSS server configuration file, and restart the server.

User response
 Not applicable.
