Integration of inventory management with other applications

Inventory management is fully integrated with other TRIRIGA® Application Platform applications, such as task management, request management, reservation management, and procurement management.

The following applications are tightly integrated with inventory management:

Task management
Technicians can request and receive inventory as part of work tasks.
Reservation management
You can make inventory items available for use by reservation management, such as conference room equipment and vehicles.
Request management
Self-service users can create product requests by using the TRIRIGA Request Central portal.
Procurement management
The movement of items into inventory can be handled by using purchase requisitions. Inventory items can be associated with product records, which in turn can be referenced by a blanket purchase order or service agreement and be purchased from a vendor for a negotiated amount. Inventory specifications are integrated with purchase orders.
