About this task
Note that repository administrators are not the same as
community administrators. A community administrator can only administer
a community.
Procedure
- Log in to the Rational Asset Manager web
application.
- Click Administration.
- Click Repository Administrators from
the sidebar.
- Click Add Administrator.
- To search for a user that you want to add as a repository
administrator, in the Add a Repository Administrator window, type
the name of a specific user and click Search.
If you have configured Rational Asset Manager to use a
custom user class by selecting the Use a custom user registry check box on
the Configuration page, you can search for users within the specified user
registry. Otherwise, you can search for users within the list users that are registered with
Rational Asset Manager.
- Select the check boxes next to the users you want to designate
as repository administrators, and click Add.
