Modifying existing user groups

Community administrators can modify existing user groups in a community.

Procedure

To modify roles and permissions for existing user groups:

  1. Log into Rational® Asset Manager web client.
  2. Open the Administration page.
  3. Click the name of the community that you want to modify.
  4. Open the User Groups page.
  5. Optional: If a LDAP directory is available, click Remove to remove the LDAP group bound to Rational Asset Manager.
  6. Click the user group to modify the members or roles.
  7. Click the Remove link that corresponds to the user you want to remove from the user group.
  8. Select the roles to add to the user group or deselect the roles to remove roles to the user group.
  9. Click OK to save the changes you made to the user group.
