Dashboard widgets
Dashboard Application Services Hub provides a number of dashboard widgets.
- Analog Gauge widget
Analog Gauges are used to visually represent a numeric quantity within specified minimum and maximum values. Analog Gauges can be displayed as full gauges or half-moon gauges. - Browser Reload widget
The Browser Reload widget can be used to set a time interval whereby a dashboard containing the widget is reloaded at specified intervals to avoid issues with browser-related memory leaks. - Gauge Group
The Gauge Group widget is a special type of widget used to group gauges on a dashboard. When gauges are added to a Gauge Group they are handled as one unit. - List widget
List widgets display data parameter values in a simple list format. The List widget is often used for mobile devices. - Map widget
A Map widget displays status information and location for various systems on a background map. Supported maps include Google, Bing, OpenStreetMap, and local GeoJSON format maps. - Refresh Timer widget
The Refresh Timer widget is added to a dashboard to generate an event that updates dashboard content at regular intervals for widgets that support Refresh Timer widget events. - Smart Text widget
The Smart Text widget can dynamically display strings provided by a data provider. It can be used in a number of ways, for example, as a dynamic label overlaying an image widget. - Status Gauge widget
Status Gauges are used to visually represent a data source parameter’s status within configured value ranges. - Table widget
A Table widget displays data from multivariate and structured data sets in tabular format. - Text widget
The Text dashboard widget displays plain or HTML text and can be used in a number of ways, for example, as a simple label on a dashboard, or as a text label overlaying an image widget. - Time Selector widget
The Time Selector widget can be used to set a time or time range. After a set period or at a particular time, the widget triggers a TimeSet event and dashboard widgets that subscribe to that event are updated accordingly. - Topology widget
A Topology widget displays data as a diagram with a series of interconnected nodes. It is used to represent large, multivariate, and structured data sets. - Tree Table widget
A Tree Table widget displays data from multivariate and structured data sets in tabular format. - Value Status Gauge widget

Volume Bar widgets are used to visually represent a numeric quantity within specified minimum and maximum values. - Events - Publication and subscription model
Widgets communicate event information using a publication and subscription model. Some widgets publish (or broadcast) events, other widgets subscribe to such events and are updated accordingly. - String translation for widget titles
The String Translation Properties panel is used to specify a resource bundle to support translated titles for dashboard widgets. - Enhanced Parameter Selector
The Enhanced Parameter Selector panel is used to filter parameter values and specify one or more parameter values to be displayed in a widget. - Enabling UI preview for dashboard widgets
