Creating users
You can create a user for the agent on the Exchange Server
manually or by running the New User utility. You must create
the user on each Microsoft Exchange Server that you want to monitor.

You must create a user for the agent on the Exchange Server
so that the agent can communicate and authenticate with the Exchange
Server that you want to monitor.
Creating users by running the New User utility
You can run the New User utility to create users
on Exchange Server 2007 and 2010. The user that is created by running
this utility has all the required permissions to run the agent. This
utility is installed when you install the agent.
