Runtime configuration file names

Module projects developed in the Workbench can define new entities and customize entities already present in the installed runtime.

The application.mdmxmi file contains the name of the operational server (or simply Name), which is specified when the first module project is created and provides a base name for some of the generated files that configure the runtime server, including XSD and properties files.

The operational server name provides a means to group the generated definitions.

The operational server name can be changed at any time using the application module editor, but this will require module projects to be regenerated to rebuild the configuration files to reflect the new name.

When code is generated, XSD and properties snippet files are created in the <projectName>/resources folder in the module project. These snippet files contain the content required for the entities defined in the module project, and contribute to the operational server configuration documents which are usually in the BundleContents folder of the related Workbench project.
