VTAM® issues this message when an attempt to re-establish the SSCP-SSCP session with cdrmname failed because of a lack of available storage.
VTAM tries to re-establish the SSCP-SSCP session because the CDRM definition statement for this host, cdrmname, or both CDRMs specified RECOVERY=YES. However, VTAM could not re-establish the SSCP-SSCP session because there was not enough storage to process the request.
Enter a DISPLAY BFRUSE command to check the availability of storage. Issue the DISPLAY STORUSE command to display storage usage for storage pools. Save the system log and dump for problem determination.
