Notes: - The local VTAM node is
always configured with the NODETYPE=NN specified.
- XNETALS=YES is assumed whenever the NETIDs of the two nodes are
different. If XNETALS=NO is specified, connections between two nodes
with different NETIDs fail.
- When BN=YES is coded, XNETALS=YES is the default start option.
When BN=YES is not coded, XNETALS=NO is the default start option.
