An application can specify BUFTYPE=PAGEABLE on the GET_BUFFER and PAGE_BUFFER requests to classify buffers as guaranteed to be made pageable. Restriction: This function can be issued for a buffer consisting
of only one image. For information about creating multiple images
of a buffer, see IVTCSM REQUEST=ASSIGN_BUFFER.
