Utility terminated because: - A request for storage failed.
- The inventory control block (ICB) or top-level index block could
not be read or was not valid.
- The utility was unable to open a required data set.
- The database (SYSRACF) and work data set (SYSUT1) device types
have incompatible track geometries.
- The same data set was specified for input and output.
- The output data set is an active RACF data
set on this system.
- DYNALLOC or LOCATE returned an unexpected return code.
- An error was found in parameter specification.
