IRR52144I Warning: User userid is not defined to RACF. ExplanationThis message is issued when the RDEFINE or the RALTER command specifies the STDATA segment, and the userid specified in the USER field does not exist in the RACF® database. System actionIf the profile is not corrected before it is used to process an MVS™ START command, RACF assigns the indicated userid to the procedure or job being started. User responseUse the RALTER command to assign the correct userid for USER, or use the ADDUSER command to define the user to RACF.
