Use the RJPTERM initialization statement to define a single remote BSC work station to the JES3 system. This statement causes a default description to be provided for each work station device (printer, punch, or card reader) indicated by the PR, PU, or RD parameters along with the operating characteristics of the work station. If the JES3 default characteristics for a remote printer or punch device are not acceptable, a DEVICE statement should be coded to indicate desired characteristics. If a work station is to have the facilities of a JES3 operator console, then a CONSOLE statement must be coded. Parameters shows the DEVICE statement defaults and the RJP DEVICE parameters. Parameters shows the RJP parameters on the CONSOLE statement.
