 JES2 has read a disk-resident control block
whose identifier is unrecognizable. The control block identifier xxxx is passed by the requester of the I/O. If $CBIO appears
in the message, the error has occurred in a JES2 common storage load
module. If FSSM appears in the message, the error has occurred in
the FSS address space.
 In the message text:  jobname
The name of the job.
xxxx
The control block identifier.
cbid
The control block identifier
mqtr
A 6 byte SPOOL address

 Note: A jobid may precede $HASP364. See JES2 message format.

System action
 JES2 ends the job being initiated.

Operator response
 Notify the system programmer.

Programmer response
 Resubmit the job.
