Explanation

 JES2 cannot allocate a SYSOUT data set because
an error occurred in an SJFREQ find or retrieve request or because
an error occurred in scanning output references on a JCL DD statement.
 In the message text:  jobname
The name of the job.

 Note: A jobid may precede $HASP347. See JES2 message format.

System action
 If this was a static allocation, JES2 ends the
job. For dynamic allocation, only the allocation fails.

Operator response
 Notify the system programmer.

Programmer response
 Check the job's JCL for an incorrect output
reference.
