 The operator has entered a global route job
command ($GR) that was accepted by JES2 and transmitted to the appropriate
node for action. The destination (or remote) name specified in the
command does not appear in the action node's remote destination table.
 In the message text:  n
The number of the node (Nn) or of the
MAS member (Mn).
jobname
The name of the affected job.

 Note: A node id Nn and member id Mm may precede $HASP681.  See JES2 message format.

System action
 Processing continues.

Operator response
 Ensure that the destination (or remote) name
used is known to the action node and reenter the command.
