 During JES2 initialization, JES2 processing
encountered an error when trying to build an information string for
subsystem interface (SSI) call 54 (request subsystem version information).
 The information string could not be built for one of the following
reasons:  STORAGE NOT AVAILABLE FOR INSTALLATION STRING
JES2 could not obtain the necessary storage in the extended common
storage area for the installation information string.
INSTALLATION STRING LENGTH NOT VALID
The Exit 24 field X024SSIL (supplied length) was not valid.
STORAGE NOT AVAILABLE FOR SYSTEM STRING
JES2 could not obtain the necessary storage in the extended common
storage area for the system information string.

System action
 JES2 initialization continues: the SSI routine
will operate without the string.

Operator response
 Notify the system programmer.

System programmer response
 If the reason text indicates that
the installation string length is not valid, examine Exit 24 to ensure
that the string is built correctly and supply the correct length.
