 This copy of JES2 is waiting for the RESERVE
on volume volser to be accepted. If you want to
discontinue the wait, reply CANCEL.
 In the message text:  volser
The volume identifier.

System action
 The system waits for either a response of CANCEL
or for the RESERVE to be successful.

Operator response
 Issue the D GRS command to determine what
resource is reserving the volume. If you believe the RESERVE will
never be successful, reply CANCEL. The reconfiguration starts again
from the beginning; at which time you can define an accessible volume.
 If you believe the RESERVE will be successful, wait. The message
will be deleted when the RESERVE completes.
