 This highlighted, informational message informs
the operator that a request for member information (through a JES
XCF IXZXIXIF macro invocation) has been delayed at least 3 seconds.
 In the message text:  member
The member encountering the delay.

System action
 JES2 checkpoint reconfiguration is delayed until
the IXZXIXIF request completes, at which time the message is deleted
from the console.

Operator response
 Notify the system programmer.

System programmer response
 If this message persists, issue the
$PJES2,ABEND command followed by the $PJES2,ABEND,FORCE command. Also,
request a dump in response to the $HASP098/$HASP198 message pair.
