 While processing a dynamic allocation error
on member member, JES2 issued a $GETWORK macro
to obtain storage to contain formatted text for display by message
$HASP581.  The $GETWORK failed because there is insufficient storage
in the JES2 address space.

System action
 JES2 issues the $HASP581 message without the
formatted text.

Operator response
 Notify the system programmer.

System programmer response
 Determine why there is insufficient
storage in the JES2 address space and correct the error.
