Explanation
 The DISTMETHOD parameter was not specified on
the VIPADISTRIBUTE statement.  This keyword is valid only when the
DISTMETHOD is HOTSTANDBY.  Either the  DISTMETHOD defaulted to BASEWLM,
or a previous VIPADISTRIBUTE statement for  this DVIPA and port set
DISTMETHOD to a value other than HOTSTANDBY.

 TCP/IP continues.  The VIPADISTRIBUTE statement
is rejected.

System programmer response
 Change the VIPADISTRIBUTE DISTMETHOD
to HOTSTANDBY or remove the keyword.    Then issue a VARY TCPIP,,OBEYFILE
command  that specifies  a data set file that  contains the entire
