Internet Key Exchange (IKEv2) Protocol

Explanation
 The message with the specified ID is ignored for
the specified reason. 
 In the message text:  message_type
The  type of message that was ignored.  Possible message_type values
are request or response.
exchange_type
The type of exchange as described in RFC 5996 Internet Key
Exchange (IKEv2) Protocol.  See Related protocol specifications for
information about accessing RFCs. 
message_id 
The message ID as described in RFC 5996 Internet Key Exchange
(IKEv2) Protocol.  See Related protocol specifications for information
about accessing RFCs. 
remote_ip
The  remote security endpoint IP specification.
remote_port 
The port of the remote Internet Key Exchange (IKE) daemon peer.
local_ip 
The  local security endpoint IP specification. 
local_port 
The port of the local IKE daemon.
reason
The description of why the message will not be processed.

System action
 The IKE message is ignored; IKE daemon processing
continues.

Operator response
 None.

System programmer response
 Notify the administrator of the remote
security endpoint that a protocol error  has occurred.

User response
 None.
