 The identified stack is known to the system, but
is not configured for  IPSECURITY.  The ipsec command
interacts only with IPSECURITY stacks. 
 stackame is
the name of the stack that is not configured for IPSECURITY.

 The ipsec command processing
ends.

Operator response
 Contact the system programmer to determine
whether the specified stack is intended  to have IPSECURITY.

System programmer response
 Check the profile for the specified
stack to insure that IPSECURITY is  configured correctly.  See  the z/OS Communications Server: IP Configuration
