The static VIPA used for Enterprise Extender.

The UDP port used for Enterprise Extender.
interface_name
The name of the OSA-Express QDIO interface that supports inbound
workload queueing.

System action
 Enterprise Extender traffic that is received
over this interface for this IP address and port is not eligible for
inbound workload queuing. Instead,  OSA-Express delivers this traffic
to the stack by using the primary input queue.
