Explanation
 A route entry or dynamic routing parameters entry
in the specified policy-based route table contains an interface that
is not valid. This message might be issued because
the interface is a VIPA or loopback interface.

The link name specified on a route entry or dynamic routing parameters
entry in a RouteTable statement that is defined in a Policy Agent
configuration file.
rttable
The name of the route table in a Policy Agent configuration file.

System action
 Processing continues.  The route is not added
to the policy-based route table.

Operator response
 Contact the system programmer.

System programmer response
 Correct the route entry in the RouteTable
statement in the Policy Agent  configuration file.  See the information
about the  policy-based routing (Routing) policy
statements in z/OS Communications Server: IP Configuration
