Explanation
 A route entry or dynamic routing parameter entry
 in the specified policy-based route table contains a gateway address
that is not valid. This message might be issued because
the gateway address is a local address.

The gateway address specified on a route entry or  dynamic routing
parameter entry in a RouteTable statement defined in a Policy Agent
configuration file.
rttable
The name of the route table in a Policy Agent configuration file.

System action
 Processing continues.  The route is not added
to the policy-based route  table.

Operator response
 Contact the system programmer.

System programmer response
 Correct the entry in the RouteTable
statement in the Policy Agent configuration  file.  See the information
about the  policy-based routing (Routing) policy
