Explanation
The socket family is unknown. 

filtername is the name of the filter registered by the
filter programmer in the xxfi_name of the smfiDesc variable used on
the smfi_register() API. 

protocol is the unknown socket protocol.  It should be
unix, local, inet, or inet6 and should not include an S= as is used
in the sendmail.cf file.

The filter program ends and returns MI_FAILURE.
