a MODIFY command.  An incorrect value was specified on the command.

System action
 The Policy Agent  MODIFY command is ignored.

Operator response
 Verify the correct parameter values for the
MODIFY command and reissue the command. See the z/OS Communications Server: IP System Administrator's
Commands for the syntax of the Policy Agent  MODIFY
command.
