 The Policy Agent  application is unable to process
a MODIFY command.  An incorrect parameter was specified on the command.

System action
 The Policy Agent  MODIFY command is ignored.

Operator response
 Verify the syntax of the MODIFY command and
reissue the command.  See the z/OS Communications Server: IP System Administrator's
Commands for the syntax of the Policy Agent  MODIFY
command.
