A request using this filename returns the list of associated workscopes
for the specified resource. The result is an XML file of type <workscope-list>.
A request against a SYSPLEX resource returns all WLM entities
in the sysplex.
A request against an MVS_IMAGE resource returns the active jobs
in the system.
