ICSF_COPROCESSOR_STATE_NEGCHANGE z/OS Cryptographic Services ICSF Administrator's Guide SA22-7521-17 |
|
Type: Status Initial State: Active Interval: Daily This is a status check. The check detects a degradation in the state of any cryptographic coprocessor or accelerator on the system. The check is activated during the initialization of ICSF. The check is performed on a daily basis. A state degradation is reported by AP number for the cryptographic coprocessor or accelerator. The states are described in the Displaying coprocessor or accelerator status - PCIXCC, PCICA, CEX2C, CEX3C, CEX2A, and CEX3A. A state degradation has a possible negative impact on the operation of ICSF and the dependent cryptographic workload. The cause of the change should be understood. The check output is obtained by selecting (s) on the Health Checker menu:
