After obtaining the user directory from the P696234K PLANINFO file:

Add the MDISK statements to the directory entry for P696234K.
Use Table 1 in Planning for installing HLASM Toolkit Feature on z/VM to obtain the minidisk requirements.
Place the new directory online using VM⁄Directory Maintenance (DIRMAINT) or an equivalent CP directory maintenance method.
