  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: New function is being added to PSF      *
  *                      4.5.0 for z/OS.                         *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the applicable PTF.                    *

  1. Added support for MO:DCA Graphic Arts Function Set.
  2. Updated the PSF SMF6 record to include the File Transfer
     section. Specifically the IP address and port number
     have been added to the PSF SMF6 record.
  3. Added the ability for the system programmer to specify
     that PSF, Download for z/OS, and AFP Download Plus
     do not write the input data in the diagnostic trace files.
  4. Updated the printer information report.
  5. Added an area in the dump that shows all NACKs received
     (NACK= Negative response from printer)
     along with a date, timestamp, and printer counters.
  6. The message file name will no longer be truncated
     in the Notify messages (MSGAPS8560I, MSGAPS8562I,
     MSGAPS8563I, MSGAPS8566I).
  7. The APS933I message will now contain the port number as
     well as the IP address or host name when connected to a
     TCP/IP attached printer.
  8. Download for z/OS can now have the same file name as used
     by AFP Download Plus.
  9. PSF's Common Message Log function will now log PSF's
     printer connection message (APS933I).
