Displaying the activity log

Use the activity log to see all IBM® Electronic Service Agent activity for a designated time period.

About this task

You can use the IBM Electronic Service Agent graphical user interface to display the activity log.
Tip: You can also use the esacli activity command to display the activity log. For information, see esacli activity.
To display the activity log, follow these steps:

Procedure

  1. Access and log on to the IBM Electronic Service Agent graphical user interface.
  2. Click Main menu from left navigation.
  3. Click Activity Log tab.
  4. Select Enable filter to display a subset of the activity log based on selected date and time rather.
    1. Select the Beginning Date of activities.
    2. Select the beginning Time of activities.
    3. Select the Ending Date of activities.
    4. Select the ending Time of activities.
    5. Click View Logs to get the activity log based on the date and time you selected.
