Use the activity log to see all IBM® Electronic Service Agent activity
for a designated time period.
About this task
You can use the IBM Electronic Service
Agent graphical user interface to display the activity log. Tip: You can also use the
esacli activity command
to display the activity log. For information, see
esacli activity.
To display the
activity log, follow these steps:
Procedure
- Access and log on to the IBM Electronic Service
Agent graphical user interface.
- Click Main menu from
left navigation.
- Click Activity Log tab.
- Select Enable filter to display
a subset of the activity log based on selected date and time rather.
- Select the Beginning Date of
activities.
- Select the beginning Time of
activities.
- Select the Ending Date of activities.
- Select the ending Time of activities.
- Click View Logs to get the activity
log based on the date and time you selected.
