The DotEdit data entry panel is the center portion of the
DotEdit interface where you can customize how image snippets and data
entry controls are displayed.
The document hierarchy (DCO), created in
Datacap Studio, defines document types, page types within each document,
and the fields within each page type. For each field defined in the
DCO, DotEdit typically displays an image snippet along with a verification
control. DotEdit identifies any fields that were not captured with
high confidence, highlights each problem, and prompts the user to
make any required corrections.
DotEdit supports two basic panel types:
- The field-at-a-time interface
- The custom panel interface
