You can use these tips to work with master data. This will
help provide faster data entry and allow a more traditional method
of editing values within a form.
Viewing relationships
You can view relationships between items in the Linked
Items and Related Items tabs in
the single-edit screen. The Linked Items tab
shows the items that link to the given item. The Related
Items tab shows the relationships of the current given
item.
Working with collaboration areas
A collaboration area is an area in which a
group of users can work on certain sets of attributes for an entry
(an item or category). A collaboration area has an associated source
container, which is either a catalog or a hierarchy, and it
has an associated workflow, which specifies the steps
and the flow of steps in the collaboration area.
