MDM Clinical Patient Data Load sample

The MDM Clinical Patient Data Load sample is a fictitious data set that includes sample patient records that contain clinical data attributes. In addition to demographic information such as Name and Date of Birth, the Clinical Patient Data Load sample includes Symptom, Disease, Encounter, Procedure, Medication, Observation, and Family History concepts. The sample data set can be viewed in MDM Inspector or searched in the MDM Clinical Patient Search sample.
