Enabling the enhanced detail view
If you have upgraded to WSRR V8.5.5 from WSRR V8.5 or earlier, you must enable the enhanced detail view if you want your users to use it. For new installations of WSRR V8.5.5 using the service management profile, the enhanced detail view is enabled by default. If using the governance enablement profile, the enhanced detail view is off by default.
About this task
If you enable the feature, users of the dashboard can use the enhanced detail view. WSRR checks your configuration profile, and you can enable the enhanced detail view only if your configuration profile contains the required objects and relationships (see Configuration profile check for enhanced detail view for details).
Procedure
- Start the WSRR dashboard (see Starting the dashboard).
- In the title bar, click the configure icon (
),
then select Administrative Settings. Alternatively,
you can navigate directly to https://server:port/ServiceRegistryDashboard/#admin. - Select Enable Enhanced Details Mode to enable the enhanced detail view. If the option is grayed out, your configuration profile has failed the check and cannot support the enhanced detail view.
- Click Apply Changes to save your administrative settings.
