Optionally, configure the email templating feature

The content of an email notification message is defined by using a combination of an email template and an email properties file, each of which is loaded into WSRR as a configuration item of type EMAIL_TEMPLATE.

Email templates
You can define email templates, so that users in different roles can receive email notifications tailored to their role.

WSRR obtains the relevant email properties file for the locale by first searching for an EMAIL_TEMPLATE configuration item that has a name of EMailMessages, appended with the appropriate locale string
Template configuration items
The default email template can be overridden by loading an appropriately named EMAIL_TEMPLATE configuration item. The name must be EMailTemplate.
Loading an EMAIL_TEMPLATE configuration item
A new email properties file or email template file must be loaded into WSRR as a new, or updated configuration item.
Modifying an existing EMAIL_TEMPLATE configuration item by using the web UI
You can modify an existing EMAIL_TEMPLATE configuration item directly by using the web UI.
Mapping configuration file
Use the mapping configuration file to specify which mail templates are used for which roles.
Storing copies of email notifications and configuring the URL for templates
You can enable the feature to store copies of email notifications by editing the EMailSettings file. You also edit this file to specify the URL of the dashboard that is substituted for the URL token in an email template.
