Community administrators manage their own communities within the repository.

About this task

Community administrators can perform the following actions:
  • Create custom community home pages
  • Add and remove users for a community
  • Add and remove user groups for a community
  • Define roles
  • Assign roles to an existing user or user group
  • Manage the community scheme by customizing the local asset types and category schemas for that community.
  • Manage review processes and custom policy processes
  • Map forums to change management systems
  • Create connections to IBM® WebSphere® Service Registry and Repository, IBM Tivoli® Change and Configuration Management Database, and custom policy providers.
