This exception is thrown when an attempt is made to get dynamic index that is not in ready state.

Constructs a new IndexNotReadyException with a specified cause. The cause and a detail message of (cause==null ? null : cause.toString()) is used (which typically contains the class and detail message of cause). This constructor is useful for IndexNotReadyExceptions that are little more than wrappers for other throwables.

Parameters:
